The Dream is a documentary by the Catalan restaurant El Celler de Can Roca but it is not about it. The Dream is a journey through the world of ideas, creation and thought.
The creators at the 2013 best restaurant in the world invite us as guests to an experimental project where food becomes art and mixes with image, poetry and music. It is an opera in 12 dishes and a banquet in 12 acts taking us through a full experience of the senses.
