This is a social film with intertwining stories that offer a moving portrait of life in the crisis-hit outskirts of Barcelona through an elderly woman, an immigrant nurse, a prostitute, a farmer and a fighter.

The actors are not professional actors. They play as themselves after 4 years of working with the director. The film had its premiere at the Berlinale in 2013 and was nominated to Lux prize.
